1. What We Collect

When you use Ikigai, we collect information you provide directly:

• Quiz responses (personality, values, interests, work preferences)
• Email address (if you sign in via magic link or Google)
• LinkedIn profile data (if you choose to upload it)
• Payment information (processed securely by Stripe — we never see your full card number)

2. How We Use It

• Generate personalized career matches and roadmaps
• Save your results so you can return to them
• Process payments for premium features
• Improve the accuracy of our matching algorithm

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising.

3. AI Processing

Your quiz answers and profile data are sent to AI models (Anthropic Claude) to generate personalized career insights, roadmaps, and profile readings. This data is processed in real-time and is not stored by the AI provider for training purposes.

4. Data Storage

Your data is stored securely on Supabase (hosted on AWS). Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe. We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit (TLS) and at rest.

5. Your Rights

You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing selinaspassport@gmail.com. We will delete your account and all associated data within 30 days.

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication (Supabase session tokens). We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.

7. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the app or email.
